Tick the use cases you plan to run at the same time. The combined figure applies the volume tiers to the total, which is how Salesforce bills, so it is usually lower than adding the use cases up.

A multiplier is the number of Flex Credits consumed by one unit of usage. For Data 360 in production, the multiplier steps down as your monthly credit consumption for that single usage type grows. The count resets on the first day of each calendar month. Tier thresholds include the upper limit.
